Ok I know I am a little bit too late with this post, but I was waiting to make sure I get the latest HQ pics and video of the show. Anyway Britney Spears attented the 2009 Teen Choice Awards this sunday. The Legend was giving the highest award: The Ultimate Choice Award. She was introduced by Miley Cyrus and I'm so glad someone FINALLY said on tv that Britney Spears is the beste selling female artist of the decade and has THE HIGHST GROSSING TOUR of 2009. By the sound of the audience, we all know one thing for sure: Britney is already a Legend.
